An app is what you need to get to the Beyond.
Bed Bath & Beyond came to us with a web app, and they knew they needed to get something native in the app store before the holiday season. The goal of this release was to set them up with a very solid foundation that can be built on and improved upon through future releases. We held various focus groups, customer interviews, and a number of testing sessions from start to finish of this project to make sure we were on the right track.
The outcome was sleek, chic, and ready to promote purchases and a better overall user experience.

Next Level Shopping
Starting with a poorly rated hybrid app we knew we needed to elevate the shopping experience to the next level for Bed Bath & Beyond. This was done through understood user patterns, HIG and Google standards, and elevated brand experiences.

Style Guides
Bed Bath & Beyond is one of a few companies under the same roof. Perhaps that’s the reason for the “Beyond” but either way we needed to build an app that could facilitate these three styles and still make sure the customer knew where they were shopping.
