M Health Fairview
Going digital in a unique time for health care.
The Problem
M Health Fairview is a joint clinical venture with the university and Fairview Health. Fairview knew they needed to change the way they approached their products. How do they evolve into an organization that looks beyond traditional marketing and looks at the full consumer ecosystem and engagement? How do they move from utilizing out of the box solutions that aren't working for their population into putting the population first?
The Outcome
Through a number of workshops, research sessions, and findings, we helped M Health Fairview establish a North Star vision for the organization in a digital world. Taking a 1-3-5 year approach in how we built the products.
That first year was foundational, building with that MVP in mind but in a way that we knew could evolve quickly as the organization evolved operationally.
Working with them on a collection of products and POCs but focusing on their two flagship products, the native iOS & Android app along with the M Health Fairview website.
There is an exciting future for this community-driven health care provider network.

With the focus on their flagship products, establishing patterns and expected user behavior allows us to move quickly into POCs to continue to strengthen the M Health Fairview digital ecosystem.



Brand Driven Design System
Starting with a six page brand document and evolving it into a fully digital driven design system.
This design system is becoming the backbone of the M Health Fairview brand. Establishing a global vision, ensuring consistency, and best of all speed to market for new products.
