It’s time to use data to enhance the patients life.

Within Deloitte, there is a solution known as MyPath. This product is focused on two key parts: the consumer (patient) and the caregivers.

MyPath is built on a collection of software to bring so many data points to the hands of caregivers that wasn’t possible before. Connecting to the patient/consumer’s medical records, health data, and activity data opened huge doors for improving caregiver output. There were three functioning platforms for this: iPhone & Apple Watch for the patient/consumer, iPad for the caregiver.

These three applications work in perfect concert to give the caregiver the insight and ability to care for the individual in ways like never before.

This platform has been used for various clients and solutions, but its main focus is that of driving data to the caregiver team to better help their patients. This may be to help them find the right clinical trial to engage with, improve their mobility, monitor and enhance their diet, really any and all health-related scenarios.

As of early 2020, this product has been built for half a dozen various care providers, physician groups, and pharmaceutical companies.

MyPath is built for the patient and the provider. Giving the patient clear and simple consumption of their health and wellness data.

Utilizing a wearable such as the Apple Watch alongside the patient’s mobile device to manage and maintain their health and wellness. While collecting data and PROs (patient-reported outcomes) to be sent to the provider / care team.

On the provider’s iPad app, bringing in EMR data along with PRO and wellness data about the patient. Again with the focus of driving better health outcomes.
